These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Report HQ ("the Service"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service description
Report HQ is a monthly SEO client-reporting tool. It lets agencies assemble, edit and share branded reports using data the agency provides or imports from connected services.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle.
4. Intellectual property
Report HQ owns all rights to the Service itself. You retain ownership of your client data, brand assets and report content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data for you.
5. Confidentiality and data
We treat your data as confidential and use it only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any client consent needed to import or share their data.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Report insights and AI generated copy are suggestions only; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving everything before it is shared with clients.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Report HQ's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the changes means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
